AMBASSADOR TERMS & AGREEMENT
You may earn 30% on qualifying paid tickets, passes and cabanas, and 10% on qualifying paid vendor spaces and sponsorship packages attributed to your approved referral code/link. Merchandise is not currently commissionable. Commissions are based on successfully paid tracked sales and exclude taxes, processing fees, refunds, cancellations and chargebacks. Self-purchases are not commissionable. Approved commissions are paid biweekly on Fridays after reconciliation. You may not make unauthorized promises, discounts or sponsorship commitments on behalf of Black Boat Week Oklahoma. Fraud, deceptive advertising, misuse of another ambassador's code or brand misuse may result in removal from the program. Black Boat Week Oklahoma payment/referral records control commission calculations. You are responsible for your own taxes and any required tax forms.
